Pickle Score Video (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tools to overlay score-related graphics on your personal videos. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application and the website located at picklescorevideo.com (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data from users. The application processes videos solely on your device. No account registration or authentication is required.
2. Access to Photos and Videos
To apply overlays and export your edited videos, the app requests access to your device’s photo and video library. All media processing takes place locally on your device. Edited videos are stored on your device and, if you enable it, synchronized with your personal iCloud account under your control. We do not access, copy, or transmit your media files to our servers or to third parties.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
The app offers optional in-app purchases, including a subscription that unlocks unlimited video exports and one-time export credits. Purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not receive payment or billing data directly. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements and purchase history; RevenueCat may collect limited purchase metadata such as transaction identifiers and product identifiers in order to validate and restore purchases. 4. Data Storage
All project data and edit history are stored locally on your device. When iCloud synchronization is enabled, project data may also be stored in your personal iCloud space, administered by Apple. We do not receive access to this information.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third party:
- RevenueCat (paywall and subscription management). RevenueCat uses purchase information to validate entitlements. Learn more at revenuecat.com/privacy.
We do not share user data with other third parties.
6. Analytics and Tracking
We do not perform analytics, profiling, or targeted advertising. No tracking technologies are embedded in the app beyond what is necessary to process optional purchases.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Services are available to users of all ages but are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no stored information for you to access, correct, or delete. Any purchase records handled by Apple or RevenueCat can be managed through your Apple ID account settings. You may revoke the app’s access to your photo library at any time via your device settings; note that doing so will prevent the app from processing videos.
9. Data Security
We rely on the security features of Apple’s iOS platform and iCloud infrastructure. All processing occurs locally on your device. Please keep your device and iCloud credentials secure.
10. International Data Considerations
We operate from Georgia. The app does not transmit personal data to us or to other parties. If you enable iCloud, Apple may store your data in data centers located outside of Georgia pursuant to Apple’s policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
